IAD-based Flight Attendants have ninety (90) days from their transfer activation date to complete the Yellow Fever vaccination requirement, regardless of Lineholder or Reserve status.
Even if you do not regularly bid or intend to fly Africa destinations, you may still be reassigned, drafted, or otherwise scheduled to operate a trip requiring this vaccination. If you are not compliant when assigned, it could lead to discipline.
Do not wait until you are assigned a trip, it will be too late. Make sure your Yellow Fever vaccination requirement is completed and documented within the required timeframe.
