CBA 2026 Implementation
Effective with the June 2026 bid month, both Domestic and International per diem rates increased under CBA 2026.
Per Diem increase: Increase $0.10 in August 27, 2026 and every 2 years thereafter
- Domestic Per Diem: $2.97 per hour
- International Per Diem: $3.54 per hour
Important: Domestic vs. International Definitions
While the pay rates increased, the contractual definitions of what qualifies as Domestic versus International did not change with the June 2026 implementation.
Those definitions are currently scheduled to be updated beginning with the June 2027 bid month.
Until then, the existing Domestic and International definitions continue to apply when determining the applicable per diem rate.
