The AFA-CWA Disaster Relief Fund provides financial assistance to active and retired Flight Attendants, as well as surviving partners and families, following significant natural or man-made disasters.
The Fund was established after September 11, 2001 and has supported Flight Attendants affected by major disasters ever since.
Who May Be Eligible?
AFA members and retired AFA members in good standing who are involuntarily displaced from their primary residence for seven or more days because of a disaster may be eligible for a one-time $500 gift per calendar year.

The Fund is supported by donations from AFA members, families, local councils, and other supporters. AFA states that 100% of contributed funds go directly to impacted Flight Attendants as cash assistance.
