AFA and the company have agreed to implement a Bonus Point Incentive Program to recognize Flight Attendants with perfect attendance during the upcoming Independence Day holiday period. The period runs from 7/1/26 through 7/7/26.
This agreement utilizes Section 22.D.1.a of the 2026 – 2031 Flight Attendant Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) to enable Flight Attendants to earn a one point attendance credit during the holiday period provided all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- You must be on active status during the period covering 7/1/26 – 7/7/26, local domicile/base time, and
- You must not have a sick call, paid or unpaid, during the period covering 7/1/26 – 7/7/26, local domicile/base time, and
- You must work a flight segment and/or stand reserve during the period covering 7/1/26 – 7/7/26, local domicile/base time, and
- You must not generate any attendance points as defined in Section 22.D.1.a of the CBA during this same 7/1/26 – 7/7/26 time period.
The one-point bonus credit will offset the first point-generating occurrence after 7/7/26.
