CBA 2026 Implementation
Under CBA 2026, compensation for federally mandated random drug or alcohol testing increased from $25 to $50.
When a Flight Attendant is required to provide a urine or breath specimen as part of a federally mandated random drug or alcohol testing program, they will receive:
$50.00 in compensation

The previous testing payment was $25.00.
Under CBA 2026, that amount increased to $50.00.
