CBA 2026 Implementation
Under CBA 2026, the additional pay for a drafted Flight Attendant increased from 3:00 hours to 4:00 hours.
How Drafting Pay Works
A Flight Attendant who is drafted will receive an additional 4:00 hours of pay for pay purposes only.
This drafting pay is provided in addition to all other applicable pay protection provisions.
Applicable premiums are included when appropriate, including:
- International Purser/Purser
- Galley
- Language
What Changed?
The previous drafting pay provision provided 3:00 hours.
Under CBA 2026, that amount increased to 4:00 hours.
